We are making a free experimental service available that lets GDPR professionals chat about GDPR compliance using a locally hosted SLM. Currently it is based on mistralai/Ministral-3-8B-Instruct-2512 and using local PostGres vector store with official authority documents that lets you validate sources for the responses. https://www.chat-gdpr.eu
